Description: This handcrafted knife comes from Buck's Custom Shop to give the holder a glimpse of the past. Ancient Ivory from Mastodon Tusks preserved in the Permafrost regions of the Canadian Northwest Territories combined with Petrified Mammoth Tooth, another gem of antiquity. It is difficult to describe adequately the beauty and thoughts experienced as you gaze upon these natural tools of survival brought back to life and use in one of our most basic and prized tools. What a privilege to experience one of these very limited knives, only 250 of which have been carefully assembled, placed in a soft leather pouch and serialized.

Description:   The popular Buck Rush assisted opener is presented here in a Limited Edition of 1000 pieces. Devon Thomas Teardrop Damascus combines with unique and prized Mastodon Ivory harvested from the Tundra where it has remained unchanged in the permafrost. The miners of the Yukon and Alaska find these animals in the frozen ground as they dig for gold. Usually they just find skeletons or scattered bones. This is when they find the tusks of the extinct mastodons and mammoths. Surprisingly enough, although the official name for this ivory is �fossil ivory�, these tusks are not fossilized at all. They have been frozen in nature�s deep freeze for all this time. In the area of Dawson City, Yukon the bones found are said to be in the neighborhood of 30,000 years old. Both sides of the handle have the ivory and a Certificate of Authenticity is included, each knife is serialized. The photo is the actual knife you will receive due to the uniqueness of each knife.

Description:   In the early days of Buck knives, Hoyt Buck would create knives from old files. This dagger was inspired by those first knives. The blade is machine grooved to replicate the pattern of a file. The Buffalo Horn handle is machined with a twist effect and spacers of Bloody Jasper and nickel silver complete the handle. A knife like this should be displayed so a wooden presentation box is included. Only 250 will be made, each is serialized.
